This year at our 2024 exhibition at Victorian Artists Society we are featuring a celebration of our founding and past members of the Society. The TMPS first exhibited in 1919 at the Athenaeum Hall Gallery in Collins St until 1970 after which we moved back to the VAS in 1971 for 30 years. Our past Members upheld the traditions that we still pursue today in our art and were and are still highly regarded for what they strongly believed in with their artistic interpretations of the world around them. So enjoy this exhibition along with our current members excellent paintings which are carrying on the traditions set by our founding members. (Contributed by John Orlando Birt).
